Jeff Blahnik
Hello. I am a REALTOR with Five Star Real Estate. I lead a small group of Real Estate professionals servicing the West Michigan area. I have been licensed and practicing real estate since 1979, shortly after graduating from the University of Michigan. I chose real estate as my career path because there were no limits on opportunity.
I am well known as a northwest area specialist, and my clients know me best for my high standards of performance, integrity, and honesty. That reputation and my team's philosophy of treating everyone like family has led to a successful business with many 2nd and 3rd generation family members all buying and selling with our team. Closing over 110+ a year, our team is consistently one of the top 10 Real Estate Teams at Five Star.
My passion both personally and professionally is helping build strong families, strong communities, and strong schools. Great education is a personal cause for me. I am a large supporter of many non-profit organizations, including West Side Christian School, West Catholic High School, Grand Rapids Christian School, Calvin Christian Schools, Indian Trails & Portage Lake Covenant Bible Camps, and Crossroads Bible Church.
When I am not working, I can usually be found spending time at my cabin in Bitely, MI on acres of God's beautiful creation. I enjoy a good craft beer from a local Grand Rapids brewery. I also enjoy volunteering my time for the West Side Christian School education foundation as a member of the board of directors, and as a member of the Promotions Committee at West Catholic High School.
Taylor Fahlen
I am a Realtor with the Blahnik Group at Five Star Real Estate. I was born and raised in West Michigan and have lived on the NE side of Grand Rapids for the last 10 years with my wife Kenzie and our two crazy little boys, Riggins and Radley.
My passion for real estate began when I purchased my first home and realized the many opportunities there are in owning and selling real estate. I have flipped a few homes since joining the business in 2015 which has given me valuable experience on the benefits and pitfalls associated with different renovations. Sharing my knowledge to help clients with projects, contacts, and how best to increase the value of their homes. I take pride in hard work and getting my hands dirty.
In a previous life, I was managing a local restaurant chain founded by my Grandpa formerly known as Arnie's Bakery but has since rebranded as Beer City Bread Co. I was grateful for the position, but it was time for a change. My Realtor at that time offered me a position at his Brokerage and I never looked back.
Friends describe me as a people person. I love meeting new people and building strong relationships. When I am not showing homes, you'll find me out on the lake wakeboarding, or surfing, working on house projects, playing basketball, wrestling with my kids, or spending Saturdays watching Spartan football with my family.

Whitney Becker
Hello friends! This spring I joined the Blahnik Group as a Transaction Coordinator (or Jill of all trades) to contribute towards the success of coordinating seamless transactions, next level marketing, and ensuring each client experience remains streamlined and most of all...on schedule.
But it doesn't stop there! Not only have I been around the Real Estate industry my whole life, I also have a strong background in graphic design and social media marketing. As a freelance branding consultant (since 2015), my passion is helping business owners reach their marketing goals and making ideas come to life through digital creative concepts.
When I'm not propelling through my several side hustles, I adore spending time with my 11 year old daughter, Saydee Rain. Some other things that bring me joy are: tending to my house plants, mixing vinyl records, cooking, and spending quality time with my family.
